Services for Training Providers |
We do not run complete courses for companies. Rather we provide simulations for use by third parties. Many training organisations and consultants use our services as follows:
This is available for the training consultant or in-company trainer who uses simulations occasionally. The version provided is especially easy to use and yet fulfils most, standard training needs. The package includes a comprehensive trainer's manual, a copy of the simulator and twenty copies of the participant's manual. Additional copies of the participant's manual must be purchased when required.
Any simulation can be supplied on a turnkey basis where we run it for you on your course. (This may be attractive if the simulation is only to be run a few times, is very complex or is being used with a very large group.) Often, this is done in conjunction with your training staff taking the lead role.
Fees for running simulation consist of trainer time plus simulator rental and the use of a single microcomputer and printer. Accommodation and travel is additional. (We supply you with documentation masters in Microsoft Word format to produce in your own house style.)
Here we customise a simulation for your use and to be presented in your own house style.
These are especially focused versions of simulations. For example their are especial graduate trainee editions of the Challenge Series and special schools editions of the Concepts Series.
Because our experience extends beyond designing and providing simulations to running them and training, we have in depth knowledge of how to fit a simulation to the management development needs of training providers. Further, our thirty plus years' experience with computing, means that, often, we can advise on their use. Support and advice is provided as a free service to training providers.
